These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the janu4 platform and all its associated services. When you use the janu4 website, create an account, or access any service, you are automatically considered to have agreed to these Terms.

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into janu4: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit for each method is ৳100.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. A withdrawal request generally takes 15 minutes to 2 hours to complete, though in some cases the verification process may take longer.

Withdrawal requests will only be approved to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a method approved by janu4. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.3 Transaction Liability

janu4 is not liable for any delay, failure, or loss caused by payment gateway or mobile financial service providers. Users are themselves responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of their banking or mobile financial services.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

janu4 offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. Similarly, on a deposit of ৳32,000 you can receive a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, bringing the total balance to ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used to play games.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be active at the same time unless the offer's terms explicitly permit it.
• Bets placed on certain games using bonus funds may not count toward wagering requirements — please see the relevant bonus details.
• janu4 reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of the bonus program at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

janu4's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Through active play you can advance to higher tiers and receive weekly cashback benefits. The cashback rates are: Bronze — up to 0.3%, Silver — up to 0.6%, Gold — up to 0.9%, Platinum — up to 1.2%, and Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback. VIP benefits are subject to change and janu4 reserves the right to modify the program structure at any time.

6.1 Commitment to Fair Play

6.2 Prohibited Activities
